Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
Leaving your pet with a stranger is never an easy decision, and I’m sure you have a lot of questions about how it works. I’ve compiled some of the most common questions into the list below. If you want further information, just get in touch.

How many dogs are being groomed at a time?
Only one dog will be groomed at a time. With being a small area to groom in there is not much room for dogs to be held for much time after their grooming session. With this being said it is less stress for the dog since the grooming will be done one-on-one. The dog will not be introduced to other dogs during the process so makes the experience more enjoyable and being pampered with undivided attention.

How long does the grooming process take?
Depending on the size of your dogs, coat type, coat length, coat maintained, and temperament for each grooming session. For example a pug getting a Campsite Package it would range from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. For a Shih Tzu to get a Glamping Package it would range from 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours. For a Golden Retriever getting the S'mores Package it would range from 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours. For a nail trim or grinding usually no more than 10 minutes.

Do you have references?
Absolutely, I have been grooming for 13 years and have had my own business for 10 years. We can offer a list of references who have used our services over the years or even more recent customers. We stand on making sure that your dog is treated with the most gentle and respectful hand as well as the owner. We pride ourselves in what we do and it shows!

How much time should I book for my dog's appointment?
Because we provide personalized, one-on-one, crate-free care, we focus entirely on one dog at a time. The best option is always to call, text, or email us directly before booking.
Reaching out to us first is highly recommended for two key reasons:
-
Safety and Comfort: It ensures we set aside the exact, appropriate amount of time to groom your dog safely, without rushing.
-
Accurate Pricing: It allows us to provide a much more accurate estimate of your service costs.
