How long does a grooming appointment take?
Grooming appointments typically range from 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on several factors. These include the breed and size of your dog, their temperament, coat type and condition, the style of grooming requested, and how accustomed your dog is to the grooming process. Our goal is always to provide a thorough, safe, and stress-free experience tailored to each individual pup.
​What if my dog is anxious or aggressive?
At Campfire Cutz, your dog’s comfort and safety are our top priority. We have extensive experience working with dogs of all temperaments, including those who may be nervous, fearful, or reactive. We take a calm, patient, and gentle approach, allowing time for your dog to adjust to the grooming environment.
If at any point your dog becomes overly stressed or shows signs of aggression, we may pause or stop the groom for their well-being. You will only be charged for the time spent working with your pet, even if the groom cannot be completed. In some cases, we may recommend splitting services into shorter sessions or seeking veterinary assistance for sedation if necessary.
